The White House is a beachfront jewel of Costa Rica's Pacific coast, located on Playa Hermosa, just north of Santa Teresa and Mal Pais. Our signature home was designed by Los Angeles firm Poirier Designs. Built at the edge of the legal high tide line (50 meters).

This signature home is beachside with its own private infinity pool and volleyball court. The property is adjacent to Pranamar, Costa Rica's most exclusive yoga resort where guests of The White House can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at their world-class restaurant Luc's Seafood Grill, and enjoy their beachfront bar.

The White House is a large 3 Bedroom beachfront home that features a gourmet chef's kitchen with an amazing ocean view. Cooking dinner while watching the sunset is an experience that you will never forget!

The main house can accommodate up to 6-10 people. Should you have a larger party, you may rent out one of the Villas with the White House or the entire property, (main house and 2 villas) to give you a total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. We have full daily maid service, 24-hour security, Satellite TV, local phone line, and WiFi across the property.

The upstairs in the main house features a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and a generous walk-in closet. The master bedroom is perfect for private yoga or massage sessions on the balcony. Downstairs is the pool-side room with a queen-size bed featuring a view and easy entrance to the deck of our beautiful infinity pool. The back bedroom is "the peaceful room". Great for singles or kids, although the two twin size beds can be put together to accommodate another couple.

Although we have many deck chairs, wander out into the beachside almond grove to sit on the palapa-hut daybed, relax in a hammock, or walk just a few meters more to the chaise beach chairs in the soft sand.

Playa Hermosa is home to a plethora of tidepools and vast expanses of beach. Great all level surf is a 2 minute beach walk north from The White House, and more experienced surfers can go out directly in front of the property.
